micro1 is engaging Software Developers to contribute expertise to a dynamic customer project focused on digital innovation. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and robust software solutions leveraging Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, and full-stack technologies.
- Conduct detailed code reviews, providing actionable feedback to ensure functionality, performance, and adherence to standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support architectural decisions and ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate in shaping software architecture and recommending industry best practices for long-term stability and scalability.
- Participate in the analysis of requirements to deliver efficient, high-quality deliverables meeting client and project needs.
- Contribute real-world programming examples, explanations, and problem-solving approaches as foundational input for AI training datasets.
- Communicate findings, challenges, and solutions effectively using clear written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience as a professional, consultant, or specialist in one or more of: Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or full-stack software development.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and reviewing complex software architectures and codebases.
- Strong background in producing and maintaining high-quality, user-friendly technical documentation.
- Solid experience with code review processes, offering insightful, constructive feedback to peers or contributors.
- Ability to distill complex software concepts into clear, concise written and verbal communication pieces.
- Experience working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams using digital communication tools.
- Nice to have: exposure to AI, machine learning concepts, or contributing to technology training datasets.
