micro1 is engaging Software Developers to contribute expertise to a dynamic customer project focused on digital innovation. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

  1. Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and robust software solutions leveraging Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, and full-stack technologies.
  2. Conduct detailed code reviews, providing actionable feedback to ensure functionality, performance, and adherence to standards.
  3. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support architectural decisions and ongoing maintenance.
  4. Collaborate in shaping software architecture and recommending industry best practices for long-term stability and scalability.
  5. Participate in the analysis of requirements to deliver efficient, high-quality deliverables meeting client and project needs.
  6. Contribute real-world programming examples, explanations, and problem-solving approaches as foundational input for AI training datasets.
  7. Communicate findings, challenges, and solutions effectively using clear written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of proven experience as a professional, consultant, or specialist in one or more of: Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or full-stack software development.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in designing and reviewing complex software architectures and codebases.
  3. Strong background in producing and maintaining high-quality, user-friendly technical documentation.
  4. Solid experience with code review processes, offering insightful, constructive feedback to peers or contributors.
  5. Ability to distill complex software concepts into clear, concise written and verbal communication pieces.
  6. Experience working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams using digital communication tools.
  7. Nice to have: exposure to AI, machine learning concepts, or contributing to technology training datasets.
